Return and Exchange Policy

• All information provided must be accurate – name, city, and contact number – to ensure we serve you correctly and promptly. Any errors in the information provided will result in delays in product delivery or cancellation of the order.
• All our products undergo quality checks before being made available to customers. Customers have the right to notify us of any manufacturing defects within two days of receiving the product. The exchange policy applies within 15 days of receiving the product.
• In the event of an order error or manufacturing defect, the store will cover the shipping costs for returning and resending the order to the customer.
• Customers cannot specify a delivery date or dispute the delivery date, as the shipping company is not under our control.
